Our Source of Inspiration

Manilal Gohil was born on Aug 21, 1933. The Gohil Family are known Philanthropists in world.
The Family Founded K D N Gohil Multi Speciality Hospital with 100 Beds, on Feb 17, 1989 in Navsari, Gujarat, India.

Manilal had keen desire to commence a school which can give quality education with affordable fees so that students from poor family do not get deprived from education.

His dream was fulfilled when he founded B D Gohil Vidhyalaya​ on June 25, 2000. The school is administered by Manilal Bhanabhai Gohil Education Trust. The Gohil Family has donated more than Rs 8 Crores to the Trust, till now. More than 1000 children from Kinder Garten to 12th Grade study in this school with affordable fees.

Manilal didn't stop here, he wanted to take the education to higher level. To fulfill yet another Dream, College of Physiotherapy was founded in the Year 2016 affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. Manilal decided to surrender Management Quota to Gujarat Government so that more students get chance to study at lower fees. In less than four years, the College is regarded among the best Physiotherapy Colleges in Gujarat.

Apart from his Charity Activities in India, he also contributed in Fiji Islands by establishing Government Hospital as well as Hindu Temple. He departed from this world on Aug 7, 2019 leaving behind his wife Dhangauriben, two sons Vijay & Dharmesh and three daughters Jayshree, Urvashi & Nita and Grand Children.
